This property started life as an atmospheric Victorian Villa. Over the years it had been crudely “modernised” additions including a PVC sunroom, unsuited to the style and era of the property. As a listed property, Knaggsie Interiors worked with O’Dea & Moore architects to insulate, renovate and modernise the property, regularise the layout and to remove unsuitable fixtures, fittings and finishes. Knaggsie Interiors worked with the client & Dask Joinery, copying original window details to transform the PVC sunroom into a panelled decorative room that blends beautifully into the framework of the house. This home has been decorated in a romantic and atmospheric style, contemporary technology is cleverly concealed and the atmosphere of this beautiful period house fully respected.
